Hard Candy + Flora
My throat was a little scratchy – most likely from having done several readings – so I decided to go for some hard candy. And I stared at a plat while dissolving the candy in my mouth.
I was inspired by the plant, and I think I was a little addicted by the candy. One piece turned into six, so I’m going to have to go cautiously next time I decide on the hard candy. And if I’m going to do so many readings (and I plan on it – if you’re curious about what I mean, click HERE to learn more), maybe I need to do some voice training. I don’t want to wear my voice out.
So Hard Candy + Flora gets an 11/10.

1% Better
Last week we talked about making small changes, so we’re going to keep that going.
One percent of something is really quite small – practically unnoticeable. The thing is, however, if you get 1% at something on a regular basis, your growth will be exponential.
Look back to last week and the things you need in your life in greater abundance. Choose one of them.
How can you get 1% closer to that today? Write about that.
