You need more rest. You deserve more rest. You are already amazing; imagine the version of yourself you would be with more rest.
Write about the well-rested version of yourself. What are you up to?

Last week we talked about making small changes, so we’re going to keep that going.
One percent of something is really quite small – practically unnoticeable. The thing is, however, if you get 1% at something on a regular basis, your growth will be exponential.
Look back to last week and the things you need in your life in greater abundance. Choose one of them.
How can you get 1% closer to that today? Write about that.

You are, right at this very moment, making progress toward something. But I bet you’re probably discounting the progress you’re making because it’s not perfect.
For today’s journaling prompt, write down ways you have progressed. You might just be surprised to see how far you’ve come.

Today’s journaling prompt is to write a prayer for whatever new thing is happening in your life – new school, new job, renewed health, new whatever.
Be blessed in your new endeavor. Amen.

Becoming your best self is a bold and scary move, but it all begins with a decision – a decision to unabashedly show up in the fullness of how God created you.
That decision to show up is difficult to make. It’s easier to be constrained by what has always been. It’s easier to leave your light hidden rather than let it shine. I know; I’ve often taken the easy road.
But today we will walk together in a small step that will lead each of us to becoming our best selves. I’ll hold your hand, and you’ll hold mine.
My step today is to recognize that although I may be differently qualified, that doesn’t mean I’m not qualified.
What’s your small step today? Write it down then live it out. That’s your journaling prompt for today.

God is in control, not you. For some, that sounds terrifying – to not be in control. But this is actually freeing. Even when you make a misstep, God is still in control, and your misstep doesn’t get to define you or your future.
Today, I invite you to write about the missteps you’ve let define you and what a future looks like when those missteps are no longer in control.

What personal characteristics do you need to display to be a person who makes people want to up their game?
Write about those characteristics and how you’re already embodying them. You already are a person who makes people want to up their game. This exercise is just trying to help you see that for yourself.

Today’s journaling prompt follows.
What adventure do you want to go on this week? What character traits do you need to exhibit to make the most of your adventure?
Please feel free to share your adventures in the comments!

Today, your journaling prompt is to write down 20 (yes, 20!) positive things about yourself.
Post your 3 favorites in the comments section.

For your journaling prompt today, write down what you need to do TODAY that will move you closer to your dream. Once you’ve done it, cross it off your list. You got this.
